* A letter confirming your student status signed by your department head is required. The number of student seats is capped.
Please note that your registration is not final until we have received your payment.
You can register an accompanying person for the welcome reception and conference dinner for 100,- Euros

 

Registration conditions:

• Registration includes admission to the meeting, posters and exhibition area, coffee, tea, and lunch, a welcome reception on April 20 and a conference dinner on April 21. 
• No refunds will be given once the registration fee has been paid, not even in the extremely unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled due to force majeure. 
• Substitution of delegates will be accepted at any time.
• The registration must be paid via the QSPC website payment system.
